Why are some key fields listed as "not in use"?

There are several key fields in CU PolicyPro that used to be part of a policy but because of an update have been removed.  We do not remove these completely as some clients may not have adopted the updates and may still have the key field in use. Removing the key field completely would remove key field content for these clients and their policies would no longer be complete.  We update the description to "this key field is no longer in use" to indicate that they key field is no longer part of the model policies.
