Why doesn't the highlighted text in the policy print?

This is due to an Internet browser setting that is not allowing the background images (which includes highlighted text) to print.

Where this setting is depends on your browser and browser version, but the setting is most commonly found in one of two places:

  1. Go to FILE > PAGE SETUP.
  2. Look for the option "Print Background Colors and Images" and make sure the checkbox is checked.

OR

  1. Go to TOOLS >INTERNET OPTIONS.
  2. Go to the ADVANCED tab.
  3. Find the PRINTING options.
  4. Make sure “Print background colors and image” is checked.
